Our Process
5 simple steps to acquiring at auction.
1. ENQUIRY
The buyer approaches us to use our funding, and once they receive approval, they can bid on luxury assets at the auction/private sale.
2. AGREEMENT
A cash advance amount is agreed of up to 70% of the auction estimate, and the buyer agrees to pay at least 30% of the hammer price.
3. AGREEMENT
Once the buyer agrees to use our loan to complete the purchase, the buyer enters into an agreement with us.
4. PAYMENT
The buyer then pays at least 30% of the hammer price to the auction house.
5. COMPLETION
Once the auction house receives the funds, we transfer the remaining funds to complete the purchase on behalf of the buyer.
