DIGITAL ASSET LOANS

We lend against NFTs (non-fungible token), including digital artwork, drawings, videos, and collectibles.

APPRAISAL

We consider the provenance of the piece, any information we can locate from auction records, the artist, and the supply/demand balance. Determining the value of an NFT is much more challenging than physical luxury assets, which is why in the initial phase, we will only lend against NFTs sold through major auction houses.

TRANSFER AND STORAGE

The NFT will need to be issued on the Ethereum blockchain to be used as collateral for a loan. In the same way physical luxury assets are passed over to us, the client will need to transfer their digital ‘key’ related to the artwork to our Ethereum Wallet, should they wish to proceed with the loan. For added protection, we store our offline hardware wallet in our highly secured vaults.
